Just followed up a post. Unchecked signature, checked notification. Clicked on preview. Clicked on preview again (oops) without change, then clicked submit. The post went through ok (twice, because I tried it again), but I didn't get the confirmation page, I just got an error message

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class emailer in /usr/www/website/gallery.menalto.com/modules/PNphpBB2/includes/emailer.php on line 28

Ok, I figured it out and fixed it. It only happens when you're subscribed to the topic and the forum. The code I added attempts to load a class multiple times; I've changed it so that won't happen any more. That's why it's happening for you in the "New Forum" thread but not in this one.

Actually to be totally accurate, the "notify me when a reply is posted" would only fire for the first reply since you saw the thread last. So it would have happened for any post that triggered both a topic and a forum notification email (doesn't have to be for you). Also since the topic notifications only happen once per topic until the recipient comes back to view it, you'd probably see other weird behaviour like it would only happen once then the work the second time. But it should all be fixed now.
