(Found out why) GR1.5 could not login to Gallery2.1.2

	Installed Gallery2.1.2 on Ubuntu6.10 LAMP server with Apache2.0.55 and PHP5. Installed GR1.5 on client WindowsXP PC. When starting GR1.5, it said jpegtran not found. Clicked okay to continue. Entered URL correctly. Checked user/password correctly. Selected 'stand-alone' version. When tried to connect, it returned with invalid user/password message. Tried many times and the same error came up. What's the problem?

	Just found out why GR1.5 won't connect. GR1.5 will not work with passwords having special characters like '#', '&', etc... Can this be fixed??? As the web browsers have no problem using passwords with special characters.

	Heard that Gallery2.2 will address the password issue. I don't know as I'm not using 2.2 now.
