Adding required items for photo posting

I am wondering if there is a way to add certain blocks that are required to be filled out when adding photos to certain albums. Example: I would like to add a block that requires the member to add his/her screename to certain ablbums when uploading so I was looking to add that to the section where the photo is selected to upload. Any ideas? |

this is a very special request for Gallery 1.
Without code modification this cant be done and its also not really trivial.
