Need quote for create a theme using Gallery check message

I would like to know from some of you a quote to configure Galley to
integrate a theme using the Exif data of the images to create a website
similar to this one: www.wireimage.com no I'm won't do an stock photo agency
but is more like my portfolio of photos but want to show them in a similar way
using the headline and descriptions of the images.

Please need a quote of your services to make work Gallery like that or if you have a better idea I'm open tu suggestions.
