I've installed Gallery v2, and verified both versions of gallery are installed and working properly. When I try to import my album from my Gallery v1, it appears to lock up. I get no error messages or a continue link. Attached is a screens cap of the import screen. The thumbnail is a link to the full sized version of this.

It seems to stop on this same exact file every time. At first I suspected it was memory related, but doing the .htaccess file in my gallery to increase the RAM, and broke my gallery to the point that it would not display. I would be greatful for any help. I just setup another gallery from scratch for a friend and was so impressed by the differences between v1 & v2, that I decided to upgrade. Sadly, if I cannot resolve this issue, I will be forced to go back to v1.

Currently, my v1 album is 1000+ images and about 250 megs. My v1 gallery resides at midwestlost.com/gallery and my v2 gallery resides at midwestlost.com/gallery_new.

- did you run the g1 integrity check etc. (migration instructions)?
- if it fails at the same item / album, why not omit that album / item in the import? you can also use g1 to remove that item / album. then import the rest into g2 and you can add that item / album with normal g2 item-add methods to g2.
- if your g2 is broken at the moment because of the failed import, just run the g2 installer again to start from scratch (erase the database).

Before I started the installation of g2, I started off with the migration guide. I ran all the checks and everything was fine. I've also ran the installer several times since the the inital installation and that doesn't affect the sitution.

I'll try to omit that album and see. Could it be a size issue as the pictures are fairly large?
