Glad to see an AJAX-enabled theme in the 2.2 release, thank you first!
A few suggestions which I hope to be worthwhile to be considered...
- Make the borders also colour-scheme sensitive;
- Image pre-load (the previous and the next photo) in album/photo mode;
- A guideline for making customized logos (e.g. background colour, size...?)
- Now, if set to "black" colour scheme, and the page content is not long enough, the bottom part (after the "Gallery 2" logo and such) will be shown in pink (or is it? I'm colourblind...). Needs to be fixed...? (see enclosed capture for illustration)
- If image is portrait-oriented, the bottom part will be covered by the previews in album mode
- Way to show individual image (clicking the image first, then click "view full-size image") may not be initiative enough for users to figure out
