I need help to translate 2 words.

Good morning. I have two problems. First it is that the language is selected in Spanish, but sometimes when entering they leave some things to me in English. If I give F5 it changes of language selected mine. (My Web is http://www.fondosbuenos.com)

The second problem is more serious. I must obligatorily change 2 words and not like doing it. I am usuary of Windows and I do not know anything Linux to be able to do it.

I need to change the words of my Spanish in such a way that:
46 elementos (264 elementos en total)
TO
46 Secciones (264 Imágenes en total)

If somebody the file by my can do me very it would be been thankful him.I leave an image so that it is seen.

I have a small doubt or problem that not to be perhaps solved and you if who you know. When you enter the section (With the affluent text) they appear other galleries that I have this:

I suppose that it leaves with that text because it is established somewhere that both uses the same word in sides. you know that I must do for being able to cause that it uses another line of .mo? Could be solved with the traduction?

Right, you can't do it by translation. I think that the best way to do it is to add some code to check if the item contains only photos and so apply the good translation.
I used this code for similar customization :
{assign var="hasDataItems" value=0}
{foreach from=$theme.children item=child}
{if !$child.canContainChildren}
{assign var="hasDataItems" value=1}
{/if}
{/foreach}
And after ... {if ($hasDataItems == 1)} ... new traduction {/if}
Try this in ItemInfo.tpl, i've not check, i'm not sure but i think .
