I'm seeing a whole lot of blank postings at the end of the thread.

Is it me, or a corrupted DB?

The postings are not blank, but outside the table, so there appears to be something wrong with the table layout. This looks like the same problem we had in the beginning of the new forum where the table the table layout got screwed up because the quote tag didn't get closed properly. I see the same problem here, there's no closing quote tag. Bharat wrote a script to fix this, but I guess this thread got besides the net.

There was some weirdness in one of the posts in that topic. I cleaned it up in the database.
