In my Site admin screens the option of '404 file not found' is greyed out and can't be edited.
I see it says "%path%", which is the same as my Show Item URL option. Perhaps a bug because of that?

I'd like to change the 404 page.
Having one in my htaccess doesn't work.

you can't use multiple url rewrite rules with the same pattern.

Nonsense, I have several websites that use the same URL rewrite rule for many types of Errors. Your G2 programming is just crappy.

lol, of course you can, in general. this is a g2 discussion forum and my answer is to be interpreted in this context.

true, this feature is lacking in g2's url rewrite module. you're welcome to add it. at some point, we'll add it, but right now, there are tons of other features and fixes that need to be implemented.
