Moving an existing gallery to xoops

WARNING this is not for the faint hearted!

I think I've done everything to migrate a gallery to xoops. This adds all the users with the same usernames and passwords, and adds the image_ids required. It also migrates comments.

It's just a hack. Don't use it if you don't know what you're doing,and don't ask me to fix it if it doesn't work. If you find things I haven't done, please let me know.

NOTE: this could break both your gallery and xoops install. Be careful.

It has worked on mine, but it's a clean xoops installation, and a highly customized gallery. YMMV.

and if i want to login xoops users in gallery without to use xoops-gallery?

You can't...

Gallery does not support Xoops. The Xoops-Gallery is its own side-project that was taken on by a separate developer.

There is no way to modify Gallery to work with Xoops.

Any modifications you would perform would take dozens of hours.
