Quote needed for image maintance module -- will pay!

I have a client that I developed a website for a long time ago in Coldfusion. They're a pet adoption agency that uploads hundreds of pictures to their website and then a script runs each day to remove pictures older than a certain date. In this way, they don't have to worry about managing the pictures themselves once they've uploaded them.

I'm in talks with the client about redoing the website. A CMS and Gallery will take care of most of their needs. However, I'm going to need a configurable module that can automatically delete pictures from albums that are past a certain number of days old.

Ideally the module needs to allow for different default values for individual albums (so one album's pictures expire after 5 days, another after 3 days). The module should move expired pictures to a "trash can" album (which we'll have hidden from the general public) so that the admins can recover any pictures they don't want deleted yet. It may be necessary to allow for per picture overrides. So if a batch of pictures are uploaded into an album and set to expire in 5 days, the admin can pick one of those pictures and tell it not to expire until 10 days. The details can be worked out.
