I am changing host. You can see the gallery with the new host and old host above. My old host is ipowerweb. They are saying that the existing gallery ( http://tmtanglers.com/v-web/gallery/albums.php ) is in a virtual directory and therefore I cannot get my pictures to the new host. Is this true?

There has to be a way to get those pictures...

these are the move instructions:
FAQ: How can I move my gallery installation from one server to another?

if you want to migrate from g1 to g2 and change hosts at the same time, you need to do it step by step.
e.g. first move your g1 to the new host, get it running on the new host, then follow the normal g1 -> g2 migration guide.
