I've read the Codex regarding uploading items, but a lot of options are given. On my site, I'll be adding about 30 or 40 pictures (and about 2 or 3 videos) every week or so. Any thoughts on what the simplest method will be? If it helps with the analysis, I'll be uploading from my laptop while traveling in Asia and may have some pretty slow Internet connections. Also, I generally use Photoshop Elements to touch-up my pictures before uploading. Thanks!

Pix2Gallery2 has functionality to upload from Photoshop Elements 5 (to Gallery 2)

You can add as many photos as you want with a cms called cloudosys. when you install you can set your own web space limit.

it's pretty easy to install. You can share photos and create your own page to share them.
