View Latest Comments as default view?

Can anyone help with this issue. I would like the default view in some of my albums to be the view I get when I hit "View Latest Comments". i.e. I dont want the users to have to hit the "View Latest Comments" button - but they should see the album in that view. I cant use the comments block in the sidebar or in the image block to achieve the same thing - it just doesnt produce the same effect. Any thoughts on how to achieve this by a workaround. e.g. some code which I can insert, so that in certain specified albumns the "View Latest Comments" view is the default view.
