I had my Gallery install on Dreamhost begin to malfunction last Saturday.
Attempted to upgrade to Gallery 2, but things went horribly wrong.
I believe, in their attempts to fix the issue, they corrupted the config.php file in my existing Gallery 1 installation.
As a result, I cannot provide a valid Path to Gallery 1 albums directory, as requested:
Quote:
Note: Before you import any data you should make sure your Gallery 1 is installed correctly by adding a photo through the Gallery 1 web interface. Make sure you resolve any errors you see there first.

Any advice on how I can fix my config.php file in my old install (Gallery 1), so that it works and I can provide a valid path to the Gallery 1 albums directory?
Many thanks,
Dizz

If you've used an automated g1 -> g2 upgrade by dreamhost, please ask them for support. usually they create a backup when you run their upgrade scripts.
