Odd situation, help please.

Details:
Gallery v1.3.2-cvs-b4
Win 2k Server w/SP2
Apache 1.3.24
PHP 4.2.0

I'm trying to figure out how I can access Gallery properly from both internally and externally.

My internal domain name is different than my internet domain name. My ISP has blocked port 80. Additionally, I run a number of different servers. I am using TCP port 9700 for this gallery installation.

So I am looking for a way to access my gallery from http://gallery.waffull.com when out on the internet and another way to access it while internal. Currently, this gallary is the only thing running on this Apache server, so I can make whatever configuration changes are necessary.

Thank you, I actually figured out another solution, using my internal DNS as well as my external DNS. It's messy, but it works. Now I have another problem.. I will make that a new post as it's a totally different topic.
