After Comment Redirect

I have the view latest updates renamed to Latest photos, Which I plan to use as the main page as users can view and comment on the most recently uploaded photos, Is there a way to redirect all users after login to that page?
I would also like to ask as after leaving a comment on a photo in the view latest uploads album, it kicks you back to that users album, how can I have it take you back to the view latest uploads album after a comment is left?
