Research Project

I am heading up a research project into Self Injury. As part of the research, we are doing a survey into the topic. It would be great if anyone that sees this could fill it out. Our target is 5000 responses, to ensure that we get a decent sample. Also please feel free to tell your friends about the survey, the more people the better

As usual with all surveys, the results will be confidential, and never published in a form that would enable anyone to identify the people who participated.
