SunOS 5.9 Generic - CGI install for Gallery 1,6

I cannot find the SunsOS Binaries /CGI for gallery anywhere -- nor gogle, nor sourcefourge downloads -- No whgere can be found.

Please help

I am dealing with a nasty sysadmin that refused to let mod_php operate, and all has to run his way -- he only allows CGI and he says I should change every php file by inserting !#/usr/local/bin/php at the beginning of every file

Please help
