No. GeoCities does not support PHP, which is required for both Gallery1 and Gallery2.

If you upgrade your Geocities web site to at least Geocities Pro ($9/month), you can get get access to Gallery under "Create and Update". You also get your own domain name, access to PHP, support for Microsoft Pagemaker and other important tools.

Unfortunately, it is V2.0.1 of Gallery. V2.3 is much better.
