gallery 2 in xoops 2.0.16 cannot upload picture

If I use the matrix theme uploads work fine however it makes all my writting and links real small. If I use the standard xoops theme in gallery everything is larger however, I cannot upload a picture. It says upload successful but there is no picture anywhere. I looked in the folder on the server too and nothing is there. It just doesn't upload a picture. I then switch back to the matrix theme and the uploads work fine. |

Is the version you are using gallery 2.2.2. for xoops 2.0.16? Where can I get a copy or how do I install gallry as a module for xoops.

Go to http://xoopsgallery.org/modules/mydownloads/ and intall. Read, read and read the instructions. It killed me. Then if you read the message boards there, it will tell you how to update to 2.2.2. I did it and it worked the first time. I'm not very good at this stuff either and it worked.
BTW, I got the first issue of uploading solved. I did not however figure out why the stuff was so small. From what I understand, the problem is my theme.
