No Thumbs with G2 on XP-Pro

I'm using the CVS from 29 may 2003.
Installed it on XP-Pro.
Using:
- Apache 1.3.23
- PHP 4.1.2
- MySQL 3.23.39
- ImageMagick 5.5.7-Q16 (static)
- NetPBM 9.14 (windows binaries)

The problem is this:
I can't get the thumbs to show....
Neither do the resizing or rotating work....

Imagemagick is installed in: c:\web\imagemagick
Saved the path in the module config and tested ist. That works OK.

NetPBM is installed in: c:\web\NetPBM
Saved the path in the module config and tested ist. That works OK too.

Turned on Debug info.
Can't find any anomalities.....

Does anyone have a clue ?
