Error: You must specify a path for netpbm or ImageMagick for Gallery to function!!

I have downloaded the netphm files but I am unsure where they need to be. Can someone assist me? I have attached a pdf of my install page.

Looks to me like a G1 config wizard.....moved to G1 forums
