How do you configure zip cart? I've downloaded the zip binaries to my local machine, uploaded them to my hosting services server , chmod the folder and all files to 755 and it still doesn't work? I get the following output:

the gallery is installed under: /home/public_html/Gallery/gallery2/
I have the photos being stored at /home/GalleryPhotos
-Where do I need to put the binary files? Do they need to be a sub directory to something, or placed in an existing folder?
-For the path to enter, do a put a file name?
-For the archive import, the path /usr/bin/local/unzip works, and I've tried /usr/bin/local/zip for the zip cart module to no avail.
-Can someone please give full detailed directions where to upload these binaries to and what exactly needs to be done. I've been trying everything and can't get it to work and really want this feature
-I just installed the Gallery 2.2.2:

anywhere

depends on where you put the binary

maybe your webhost doesn't have a zip binary... or he doesn't let you use it.
