select random photo from a sub-set of all photos?

I would like to restrict the range of random photos to select from a sub-set of all the photos I have uploaded. For example, when a user is in the Travel section of my blog, I would like the random photo to be selected only from the albums in the Travel photo directory. Is there an easy way to do this?
