Hello,
I'm new, however am loving my Gallery2! I searched for answers to this question without success. I am applying the Carbon theme to my Gallery, however it only takes effect at the Album level. When I am at the root Gallery page it reverts to the standard Gallery Matrix look; no Carbon. Is this normal or I am I missing a setting? I was hoping to manage the Carbon theme throughout the entire site, sending guests to the root Gallery with access to all albums and sub-albums.
Here are my System Stats:

Two ways to fix.
1. change the default theme to Carbon site admin - themes
2. Edit the root album and change it to carbon as well. Edit album theme tab.
Remember the root album (main.php) is a album like all others as well.

Nix #1 you have the default as Carbon already.

Right now I am managing one album and one sub-album as I am trying to sort out the Admin features and dress the site up.

The album and sub-album both have Carbon selected as the theme. Also Carbon is the Default Theme. But as you can see from the link above, the site still has the Matrix look and feel at the Gallery level. I must be missing something . . .

2. Edit the root album and change it to carbon as well. Edit album theme tab.
Login, edit the root album, not the 'Santa Barbara Wedding' album.
If you can PM me your login info and I will do it for you.

Dave,
Thanks for your help. I got it. I thought I was editing the root album when I was indeed editing the sub-album. Thanks again!!
