Just some simple information on implementing Gallery 1.5

This is a case of the forest and the trees. I see trees all over the place but no overview.
I am new to Gallery and I installed ver 1.5 from my control panel at IPOWER. I have spent 50 minutes looking and cannot find the answer to these questions:
1. What is the initial login information for administrator?
2. What are the step by step instructions to getting the pictures in Gallery after installation?
Sorry to be a nubie that does not want to understand the infinite details. I just to know how to use it.

1. the info to login should have been provided in your email from IPOWER.
if you go to the admin section of ipower you will see a link "usage"
is should say

Once you login you should change the password.

2. once loged in it should be intuitive to add items.
