video question

I have a video that i would like to be cut it is currently 10 and 15 second and about 124 megs. i' wouldn't mind reducing it in size so i can post it on youtube. anyone have any ideas

Go and try to google it, or check the youtube site itself. I remember reading something about it in the FAQ a while ago.

I think he just need some software like video converter to resize this video, then upload.
