Need help translating a romanian word

Can somebody help me translate the romanian word:' confectionera' ?

Hi, Maybe it's too late, but I 'll tell you though.

"Confectionera" it's referring to a woman ocupation: tailor-woman. So she is a tailor if manufacture clothes (mostly) but can also manufacture things like bed-sheets, towels, light-shoes, parachutes, so forth.
"confectioner" it's about a man.
