Something similar to facebook's TAG on gallery 2??

Is there any module that can do something similar to the tag feature on facebook..i.e on mouseover in a photo over someone the name comes up...I think it would be really cool

Right now I simply don't have the time to make this happen but if anyone starts the process of figuring out the how, I'm happy to help with code nuggets to push it further forward... My big problem at the moment is time to learn the gallery API..
