Auto refresh [Image block]

Hello,

I installed Gallery2 on my website, with the imageblock.
Gallery2 is embedded in a Joomla installation, and also the imageblock plugin.
What I would like to see is that the imageblock refreshes every 5 or so seconds, so if people are visiting my website on one they'll see more than 1 (random) image.
The Image-block plugin, is installed as a module in Joomla and it's position is in my html template between <td></td>.

My question is, how can I set the image-block plugin so that it will refresh every 5 seconds with a new image?

edit[after implementation]:

it worked! The Items of my main album, the album shown when you click on the gallery link I cannot show (all the images in my whole album). But I solved that by just using the Dynamic albums Random settings!

I only have one more question, the link of the image shown links directly to the gallery, so my site itself isn't shown (Gallery2 is not embedded). How can I change this, or isn't it possible?

edit: leave it, I solved it, I changed the

'embedUri' => '/web/gallery2'

to

'embedUri' => '/web/component/option,com_gallery2/Itemid,56/'

. Described as in your website, at first I didn't understand but now I do!
