Customize Gallery - will pay!

To whom it may concern: I would like to get a quote (time and cost) on the following project: 1. Customize a fairly simple Gallery install I've attached 2 jpgs. Jpg #1 shows the top level gallery. The user will have the option to add these top level galleries. When you click on one of the images in the grid of 9, you will be taken to jpg #2. On jpg #2, if you click one of the 3 images at the top right, the main image will change to that image. Some of these pages will only have 2 images at the top right. If you click the little grid icon at the bottom left of the main image, you'll be taken back to the main gallery. If you click on the little right left arrows on the bottom right of the main image, you'll be taken to the next or previous image in that particular gallery. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What is this mean. Did you mean need a website gallery? If yes I'll do that, please send me your detail needed to
I can do your project by using web programming like PHP or Flash animation to make it so interactive with animation.
