Password kept - how can I remove it.

I entered a Gallery Remote password for my access to my home gallery on my work computer. Then I realized that that was the wrong thing to do. There does not seem to be a way to remove the password without un-installing remote (It is not clear to me that even un-intalling would remve the password). I don't want to disable password-remembering from remote, I just want to be able to choose either before or after. Failing that, I would at least like to know that I am making an irreversible decision. Wayne |

Right... With Gallery Remote 1.0, you have to manually edit the preferences file (read the ReadMe.html find out how to do that) and specify that you don't want any passwords to be saved.
At the same time you have to clear the password from the prefs file.
In GR 1.1 and later, a preferences dialog lets you do the same thing.
