Uploading photos and rename them at the same time?

Hi mate,
i was wondering whether is possible to upload pics and rename at the same time them.

Is really a mess to rename picture, exspecially when they are a lot.

Does exist some plugin for g2 that make this? Where is possible to choose the different parameters of the edit?

I manage a no profit community about growing mushrooms, so the people upload a lot of pics. The pics has got the most strage names..so i want to have pics of this community renamed with the same parameters, it could be more easy to identify them once downloaded on a pc or something similar(some mushrooms for example could appear similar but in truth they are different). Another reason could be the need to do not use user galleries.

Moreover could be usefull to upload the pics on an exact folder (for example mushrooms are divided in Family and Species), named with a specie, date and nickname of the user who upload it.

This mean i need somenthing similar:

[User who's uploading the pics]-[Species of the mushroom]-[Action in the pic]-[Progressive number].jpg

for example:

[John]-[Boletus_edulis]-[Picking_the_mushroom]-01.jpg
[John]-[Boletus_edulis]-[Picking_the_mushroom]-02.jpg
[John]-[Boletus_edulis]-[Picking_the_mushroom]-03.jpg and so on..

Hope to receive good news or if the plugin doesn't exist, i hope to find some saint users to develop it!
