Pop Up for full size

The following information is required to get an answer:
Get this information from the PHP diagnostic (in the configuration wizard).
Gallery URL (optional but very useful):
Gallery version:1 5 7

I have read the multiple threads to open full size pictures in a new window but I cant seem to get it to work for 1 5 7.
Anyone have a decent how to?
