Error codes

The following information is required to get an answer:
Get this information from the PHP diagnostic (in the configuration wizard).
Gallery URL (optional but very useful):/home/www/gallerypraia.awardspace.co.uk>

Gallery version:Gallery version 1.5.7
Apache version:not sure where to find it!!
PHP version (don't just say PHP 4, please):PHP v4.4.2 is
Graphics Toolkit: ?
Operating system: pc windows xp
Web browser/version (if applicable): dreamweaver and hosting with awardspace

Well i posted a couple of Q but never get a reply,
Iv managed to sort the other problems out by myself but this is getting me realy stressed out,,
1. when i try to login it wont let me just keeps going back to the main home page??
2. Iv activated the email notification if someone registers but they or me never get it,
(yes iv put my email address on there too)??
3. im getting these error messages,
