Checkout Module: Adding Header

I am currently using the checkout module and have been working on modifying the TPL files so that when you checkout the look is the same as the rest of my site. I have successfully accomplished this for the checkout.selectproducts page but something is not right when I modify the checkout.confirmphotos page.
Basically the Xtreme theme logo and admin panel are bordering the rest of the page.
This is easier to understand by viewing my attached images.
Currently checkout is only available to members with an account, so if I need to create one for you just say the word.
