Is it possible to login to gallery as g2 user via wpg2?

I've got a separate (not linked to wp users) g2 user.
When I click on a protected album in g2 standalone, it redirects to login page and then, after login, back to the desired album.
In wpg2 it seems that it catches an error (prob it's a rewrite error) cos it redirects to the wpg2 error page.
Is it possible for wpg2 to act as g2 standalone with its own user (not a wp user) and so redirect to g2 login and then back to the album?

No.

You have to create a matching WP user with the same user name that will be mapped against the G2 user. It's just the nature of G2 in embedded mode.

I simply don't want that someone log to my blog.
I only want that someone could watch the photos logging into g2 and not into wp.
The nature of embeddding let the g2 pages displayes into wp pages but what about protected albums?
You should click the album, redirect to login page, login and redirect to album!
Now you have to login to wp, exit from control panel, go to gallery and view album...
What I ask is to embed the g2 login page ALSO...
Now it gives an error (prob a mod rewrite error)
Meantime I've putted the login block on the top of the g2 page but I don't like it.

Not going to happen with the way the current G2 embedding API is written.

If you trust them enough to give them an account on G2, the thought is that they'll have an account on WP, too. You could give them a WP account, and then use Role Manager plugin to only give them the G2 User capability.

But, like I said, what you want to do can't be done using the current G2 embedding API.
