A plea for help!!

I don't think this request is an all out request for support but it is a request for help.

I have had a dear friend just lose their 2 1/2 year old daugther to cancer and in there time of grieving they decided to start a website to help communicate the different community events they will be partcipating in.

so now on to the request.

i have quickly set them up a site of course with wordpress and gallery integrated. www.sweetsophiesstuffins.com.

My request:

if you look at http://themes.wordpress.net/columns/2-columns/579/tulip-10/ you will see a picture of a tulip and then the word tulip next to it. I would like to do that with a picture of Sophie (their daughter) I myself am not a graphics person at all...

secondly

the first box on the left side of the screen is a wordpress plugin, Verse of the Day. Well again another request for a graphic. I need a image that matches the others on the page: Pages, Calendar, Categories, Archives....
