on PN .713--No gallery block-random appears in block list!

I installed the gallery_random.php into my /home/jek/www/livermore/modules/gallery/pnblocks directory but when I go to add a block through the admin console... there is no gallery_random block in the list!

How can I get it to appear in the list??

I visited your site while looking for answers here in the forum. I like the candle block! Is that a module and can you send me references so that I can use the candle feature in the future. I think it was very fitting for the 9/11 or when a loved one passes on.

In the meantime, does anyone know how I can get the random photo block to appear in my new block dropdown list? Please!
