modify theme

	hello im looking for an experienced gallery programmer to help modify a theme. this is mostly design work, with some programming. I would like to start with 'floatrix' for its use of full width browser window and use a bit of 'Siriux' for the clean thumbnail layouts, and 'matrix' for the menu, text blocks and extra navigation. I would like to work with someone who is very familiar with creating reusable themes.
