I'm running wordpress 2.2.1 with WGP2 plugin 3.0.2,
Gallery version = 2.2.2 core 1.2.0.4
PHP version = 4.4.4 apache
Webserver = Apache
Database = mysqlt 4.1.22-standard, lock.system=flock
Toolkits = ArchiveUpload, Dcraw, Exif, Getid3, LinkItemToolkit, Thumbnail, Gd, ImageMagick, NetPBM
Acceleration = none, none
Operating system = Linux
Default theme = matrix
Using the wpg2 plugin. Everything works great, sidebar, lightbox etc etc but for some reason when i use a wpg tag the image shows in the blog in firefox but wont in internet explorer! Its quite annoying, if i dont use the tag it works, but i'd like the tag due to using lightbox rather than linking to a hidden gallery album!
Example of the tag: <div class="g2image_centered"><wpg2>3458</wpg2></div>
Is there a known bug with this?
Thanks for any input :D

No known bug. I've tested it in IE many times. (I use FF, but keep a copy of IE for testing.)
Can you give a link to an example so that we can see what's going on?

Cheers for the reply

I think I must have caught the site as you were updating. I didn't see any wpg2 tags in either FF or IE. Can you make a test post with both a wpg2 tagged image and an HTML inserted image (using the insertion options in the g2image chooser). Please label which is which. That should help with troubleshooting.

Kirk, same link, the page with ff shows two images, one that has lightbox support (wpg2 tag) and one with just the insertion (no link, just thumbnail), with ie, it only shows the one with no link, not the lightbox one.
code:
Cheers for looking into it, i run ie7.0, perhaps its a local problem with me? Do you get any images etc? Only got the one pc with net access to play with atm!

I see only one broken image on both IE and FF, unless you count the Random picture.
Additionally, in IE and FF when I visit the URL of the image that should work I get... "The action you attempted is not permitted"

Thanks FryFrog. I'm seeing the same thing. Only 1 image in both FF and IE and the same broken link.
Pukster, looks like either a permissions issue or a cookie synch issue. Do you have any permissions set on your gallery? Have you tried syncronizing your cookies per the FAQ answer?

Yea with a bit of time i managed to suitably bang my head against the wall in the utter stupidity of my own creation. Basically, in a late night scenario i must have twigged i could make an album hidden in the gallery but then display these shots on my blog, but obviously i could not! And what threw me was the fact that i was logged in to the blog and thus could see the image in the post myself but none of you could and when i opened ie (and thus wasnt logged in) i couldn't see them either. What a tit lol. So when going into the album settings, sure enough there it is, the hidden button is ticked.
Thanks for your time guys, i feel like a right plonker! Computing 101 here i come, wouldn't have thought i've got letters after my name for computing would you! lol
Cheers
