Is anyone working on a way to export images taken with an iPhone directly to Gallery 2?
Would be so sweet to either have it directly in the Photos app where you can export to email/use as wallpaper/.... or as a standalone native app like iFlickr.
- as a mac user you could use the iPhoto -> G2 plugin.
- there's a mail -> g2 way to add items. see downloads -> user contributed modules.
- iPhoto has a browser, so you could use g2's normal add from browser method.
- does java work on the iPhone? -> Gallery Remote / add via applet.
- can iPhone mount web-folders? OS X can... that would probably be the easiest way. (g2's webdav module).
Pixelpipe doesn't work at all for me with Gallery.
Tried to create a 'pipe' for Gallery; I got "Sign in to Gallery failed. Failed to add service. Check your credentials & try again." The error message is misleading; I am using the correct credentials (verified by login).

I'm aware of some workarounds, but they are not as easy and good as having a tool for Gallery2.
Right now I'm using the "addviaemail" module, but it can only import photos into one album and there's some other limitations too.
Once I'm back home in January I will take a look at it and see what I can do about it.

Try Pixelpipe. Works great for me... upload from iPhone directly to gallery2 and many other sites (facebook, flickr, blogs, etc).

Any other iPhone options out there?
