multiple domain/web sites - multisite

We want to replace our 2003/IIS6 server with a vmware/apache solution - this is perfect... except we run a number of sites under IIS, how do we go about doing this with the appliance (btw - we run a multisite setup)? If this is a simple apache question, then can someone please be gentle and tell me to go looking somewhere else.

You can modify apache httpd.conf setting to support multisite, all can work with G2.
