In what file should i put the StatCounter code ?

Gallery version = 2.2.3 core 1.2.0.5
PHP version = 5.2.3 cgi-fcgi
Webserver = Microsoft-IIS/6.0
Database = mysqlt 5.0.19-nt, lock.system=database
Toolkits = Exif, LinkItemToolkit, Thumbnail, Gd
Acceleration = none, none
Operating system = Windows NT
