Web Upload only

The following information is required to get an answer:
Get this information from the PHP diagnostic (in the configuration wizard).
Gallery URL (optional but very useful): http://www.dustincimino.com/gallery
Gallery version: 2.. i guess :S
Apache version: 1.3.37 (Unix)
PHP version (don' t just say PHP 4, please): 5.2.3
Graphics Toolkit ?
Operating system: Vista
Web browser/version (if applicable): FireFox Beta2 build 2

When I go to add photos the only option for me is Web Upload and I have hundreds of pictures so that would take forever. How can I fix this.
