I've just upgraded from 1.3.3 to 1.3.4 and getting 404's on all albums (links are correct though.). Server error log shows file not exist errors and dir's contain only these files.... (no index's)
aaa.highlight.jpg 6 k 644
aaa.jpg 60 k 664
aaa.sized.jpg 50 k 644
aaa.thumb.jpg 6 k 644
album.dat 1 k 644
album.dat.bak 1 k 644
album.dat.lock 0 k 644
photos.dat 1 k 644
photos.dat.bak 0 k 644
photos.dat.lock 0 k 644
serial.1.dat 0 k 644

Anyone able to help?

... It was working fine until the upgrade happened.

Mod rewrite isn't working. Rerun the config wizard, and set mod-rewrite to "no"

Take another look - re-running the setup fixed whatever it was
