How to achieve this

I am new to gallery2 and need your assistance. I would to achieve this using gallery2:

- Users must be able to upload photos and sell them, while I collect the money
- I should be able to manage who sold what and pay them out every month.

Which contributions will enable me to achieve this kind of facility .... please guide me.
