I've got a custom CMS, with FCKeditor, which allows logged in users to place images into a new web page. Once the user logs out the permissions on the CMS Album doesn't allow the images to be seen. I'd like to keep the CMS album hidden from Non-Registered users and have the web page still show the images. Can someone point me in the right direction or at least let me know if this is possible.
I've just set the CMS Album to viewable to everyone for now, which immediately fixes the display problems on the new web pages.

Hiya devilspride,
Try changing the permissions on the album to stop GUEST from seeing the album and instead just give the group, registered user view access.

Hi ozgreg,
I've got my main web site setup so that the CMS users can edit non gallery2 pages. With the image button on the FCKeditor I open a popup that lets them choose images from within gallery2 albums. They click a "select this photo" link that places the photos' path within an image html tag. The image displays in the newly created web page as long as a user is logged in. But these pages are being created for the general public which don't login.
The catch 22 is that I want the images visible to everyone that visits the site, but I don't want the album visible in the gallery except for the logged in users that are creating the new pages.
I'm wondering if there is a way to create a link to the photo which will display the image without a login or maybe with a generic user account.

Have a look at the Multiroot module as this module will allow you to refine how "Guests" look at your Gallery2.

Thank you for the help. I believe that will be the best solution for what I'm trying to accomplish.
