Embed Video, how to protect the video files behind gallery login

Hey guys, using the [embed video] module and it's working great. It's my personal server, so I am converting video's from AVI, to FLV and using them rather than doing youtube or google.

The question before I put 100 videos up, is right now I have a temp folder called video's off the root so it looks like;
mydomain.com/video's. Directory index is on right now, so if you hit that URL you can see them all. I can shut that off, but there is still spiders, etc. I will have to account for, but can I simply put a folder under the gallery somewhere so when I goto add to album, embed video, URL mydomain.com/gallery/videos/videofile.flv it will work which would then prevent someone from getting to that file as they would have to login to gallery first?
